Using ChurchMilitant.TV
The ChurchMilitant.TV website has many features, and to get the most out of the website you should understand what they all do. If something is not clear, please feel free to email us.
Creating a Premium Account
Creating a Premium account is very simple. From the front page of the website, you should click on the button marked "Sign Up For A Premium Account" and fill out the details required. For more information on this process, see this section. When you have filled out that form correctly, you will be taken to a page where you make payment for your Premium account.
If you already have a Free account you would like to upgrade to Premium, please see "Upgrading from a Free to a Premium account".
The recommended way of paying for a Premium account is via automatic monthly billing via PayPal. PayPal is the world's leader in online payments and is incredibly secure. Money sent with PayPal is more secure than money sent by any other method (including checks and cash) owing to security features and guarantees. For more information about PayPal, please visit their website.
To pay with PayPal, simply click the button indicated. You will be taken to the PayPal website. If you already have an account with PayPal you should enter your PayPal username (which is the email address you have registered with PayPal) and your password. This will create the PayPal subscription, associated with your PayPal account. You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by logging into PayPal and cancelling it there. There is also an link to cancel your subscription from the control panel.
If you do not have an account with PayPal you will be asked some questions in order to set up an account. You will register with an email address and password. Remember this username and password. Note this may be a different username / password than you use for ChurchMilitant.TV. Do not share this username and password with anyone. It is necessary to create a PayPal account because, without it, you will be unable to manage your subscriptions. Once you have created your account, you can authorize the payment and creation of the subscription, associated with your PayPal account. You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by logging into PayPal and cancelling it there. There is also an link to cancel your subscription from the control panel.
Once you have created the subscription, you will be redirected back to the ChurchMilitant.TV website and can begin watching the exclusive Premium videos!

Difficulties with PayPal
PayPal is a third-party service and is not associated with ChurchMilitant.TV. Accordingly, all queries concerning the functionality of PayPal should be directed at their website. However, some of the more common issues are addressed here.
If you attempt to use PayPal and are told your email address and / or credit card is already associated with a PayPal account you already have a PayPal account which uses that email address and / or credit card. In this instance, you should either register for a new PayPal account using new information, or log into this account on PayPal. PayPal only allows for one account to be associated with each email address and credit card.
If you cannot remember your PayPal email address or password then you should use PayPal's recovery features to get this information.
If you are concerned with security do not be; PayPal is the most secure method of making payments available. Provided you keep your password secret and secure, there is no danger. In addition, PayPal and your credit card company provide protections and assurances they will refund money lost if the loss is not your fault.
If you still cannot or do not wish to use PayPal, please see the options for paying in advance for Premium subscriptions.

Advance Payments & Gift Subscriptions
If you wish to pay for your Premium account in advance rather than month-by-month with PayPal, there is an option to do this on the payment page. You can pay for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. You can make the payment with PayPal, or you can contact us to arrange payment with a credit card or check. If you are logged into your account, the payment will automatically upgrade your account to a Premium one. You can also make additional payments on your account at any time by using the "Make Payments" link in the header of the main page.
If you are not logged into your account, or you are purchasing a gift subscription for someone else, you can make this purchase online or by contacting us. We will contact you to settle all the details of the account (username, password etc.).
